It's pretty good the MBTA needs money, so they put up Billboards to get the money, so what is the next thing they do???
They light them up
Didn't the Mass Turnpike Autority just shut off the lights on the Lenny Zakem Bridge!
TO SAVE MONEY!!!
Why, then if you are trying to make money, you spend what you are making...
